All prices are before 18% GST. Wati prices and add-ons are taken from Wati’s own pricing page and public reviews, checked on 13 October 2026. Prices change, so check their page before deciding. KayChat’s full price list is on our pricing page. Meta’s per-message rates are on Meta’s pricing page. Wati is a trademark of its owner; this page is written by KayChat.
The trial includes every feature and needs no card. Plans start at ₹1,500/month, before GST. We set up Growth and Pro for you, free. Starter sets up on its own with our guide.
On the entry plan, yes: Starter is ₹1,500/month against Wati Growth at ₹2,999/month, and KayChat adds nothing to Meta’s message rates while Wati bills messages on its own rate card. Above that it depends on your team size and list. Wati does not cap contacts; KayChat does. Put your real numbers into both pricing pages before deciding.
On Wati’s Growth plan you cannot add one — the plan is capped at 3 users with no paid extras, so the next step is the Pro plan at ₹6,499 a month. On KayChat the entry plan includes 3 team logins and the next plan up includes 5.
KayChat is built on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You connect your own number through Meta’s Embedded Signup, and messages go directly through Meta.
A WhatsApp Business number can be moved between providers. Your approved templates and contact lists need to be exported and set up again. On Growth and Pro we do this with you. Message us on WhatsApp first so we can check your account before you switch.
You pay Meta directly, at Meta’s own published rates. KayChat charges only the plan price and adds nothing per message.
Small and growing Indian businesses that get most of their enquiries on WhatsApp: transport and logistics, building materials, coaching institutes, real estate and service businesses.
