Gallabox's Basic plan is a hard cap at 3 users with no paid extra seats, so you move to Essential at ₹6,999 a month billed quarterly. On KayChat, Starter at ₹1,500/month includes 3 team logins and Growth at ₹3,000/month includes 5. Gallabox does give you a real free trial first, which is worth using — KayChat's is 14 days.
KayChat is built on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You connect your own number through Meta’s Embedded Signup, and messages go directly through Meta.
A WhatsApp Business number can be moved between providers. Your approved templates and contact lists need to be exported and set up again. On Growth and Pro we do this with you. Message us on WhatsApp first so we can check your account before you switch.
You pay Meta directly, at Meta’s own published rates. KayChat charges only the plan price and adds nothing per message.
